See provided recent market survey showing what had sold in the area, at what price and how long it took to sell. She provided valuable input into what needed to be upgraded and what was not necessary. She was able to introduce us to a company who could sell furniture as well as haul stuff away. Julie helped me buy my dream home in Walnut Creek. The minute I met her she was friendly and professional and I knew she knew her business and was a pleasure to be with.
