Julie showed an extremely high level of commitment and dedication to help us find a residence in the Bay area. She has lots of patience and spent as much time as needed to drive us around and show us as many homes as we wanted to see. After we purchased our home, she did not stop her service. She visited us several times to find out if we need anything, and pointed us to various restaurants, stores, etc. Also, she gave us contacts to various tradesmen to make some changes and installations at our home. She also went with us to furniture stores and helped buy some furniture. She is what I imagine a perfect real estate agent would be.

Julie far exceeded our expectations. We could tell she loved the house and was thrilled with the chance to sell it. every suggestion she gave us (inspections, corrections, cleaning, staging with new paint and carpet) were informative and necessary for us to get a good price. My mom and I have been working with Julie for over a year now to find her the perfect place in Rossmoor. We were very pleased with the job that Julie did with the sale of the family home. She provided advice to the family on cleaning up the property, removal of furniture and possessions, and how to present the home for a quick sale. She used up-to-date electronic and internet methods to reach the greatest number of prospective buyers. Julie went beyond what could normally be expected of a realtor when she and her husband did a lot of work in the front yard to improve the curb appeal. Julie worked hard to sell the house in under a month and the entire family is very grateful.

I asked Julie Germain to help me sell our family home. My parents had been there 60 years. They had an entire lifetime of stuff stored there. I was in a time crunch as my brother had terminal cancer and I wanted this completed so he could chose how his share of the estate would be distributed. Julie was wonderful. She helped find resources to remove the family possessions and dispose of them appropriately. She was wonderful with my brother and his family, making trips to his house so he could sign forms at his house. She listened to our concerns, made suggestions, gave all the information we needed to make good decisions. Our property was sold for a fair price and closed a few weeks before my brother passed. As my brother said to me, Julie was wonderful!
